Use Case: Maryville University
Maryville’s Digital Coaches, Emma and Mya, are focused on building a strong service relationship and setting expectations for online undergraduates to succeed on their Maryville journey.
The Digital Coaches will be assisting students with sensitive topics such as financial aid, personal assessments, and guiding students to university resources. Maryville’s intention to provide innovative education focused on student-centric experience.
Both Emma and Mya have been designed to echo that sentiment and to embrace that just because students are online, it doesn’t mean that they are on their own. With Soul Machines’ partnership, Maryville is able to succeed in scaling their efforts, expanding their university, and ensuring there’s a coach to help their student every step of the way!
